Her name is Alcazar.
She's probably one of the last remaining angels that aren't in league with God Castiel and the only thing that's keeping her from being destroyed is the fact that well, this little holy vixen knows where the Ark is. If Castiel wants it then he has to find the one thing she wants the most. Which tragically is the some one he killed to become a God.
Her brother Balthazar. The fact that he's dead still hurts her. It's like pouring lemon juice onto a cut. She cries frequently and those tears bring her hatred for Castiel back to full force.
Alcazar is an angel that is willing to align herself with the Winchesters because Balthazar said so. Most of her siblings probably have some strange views on her but Alcazar doesn't care. She's determined to kill God or if by some mircale get her brother back.
