Casual dark blue jacket unzipped and unbuttoned, showing his gray undershirt, Samyaza was looking good. He wasn't so prideful to stand in front of a mirror and admire himself with a dirty smirk. Rather, he knew how attractive he was based on several women's reactions to him. He was flirting, and they took the bait. He hadn't been topside very long, but it was obvious his vessel was a very handsome man.
He was leaning on the counter, drink in hand as the woman he was currently talking to giggled and touched his arm.
Some demons indulged more in some sins than others. But one in particular for Samyaza, lust, was glaringly obvious. He loved human females. When he was an angel, he was banished to Hell for his inappropriate involvement with women. His time in the pit only increased his desire. Along with other temptations.
"Well," Samyaza smiled, taking a sip of his drink. "I'm glad you're having a fantastic time." He was charming, manipulative, and smooth. Your standard womanizer. The ladies collapsed in his presence, it seemed.
Plans were not first of Samyaza's list of things to do. After thousands of years in Hell, he needed a little vacation. So, for now, letting loose seemed like an appropriate goal. Unless something came up, of course.

having watched the humans from her seat in heaven for over centuries, milleniums, even, and having been expelled from her very home because of it, it was easy for her to recognize lust when she saw it. and it was everywhere in this very bar. she usually would not be one to spend her free time in such places, however, after finding out information about the person she thought had killed her parents, she thought he was most likely to be hanging around such a place for whatever reason he might have came up with. she couldn’t really understand what most people found amusing or even entertaining in these kind of places. after all, wasn’t it only some place where you came to have a drink or play pool and then leave? she didn’t actually see what was amusing in any of it. she watched as most women would get hit on by drunk guys who probably only wanted to get laid for the night. she could see all of them getting heart broken at the very end of that night they would spend with a complete stranger. she knew everything about it simply because that was what had caused her to fall and lose her grace. she would never find a way to forgive herself for actually believing that the man she had chosen might have loved her or even might have had the slightest of feelings for her. angels had not been created by god to love or have any kind of feelings for anyone. she had learned that only after what had happened to her and deeply regretted not listening to what she had been told. it was probably for that reason that she had always been unable to disobey her parents as a child or even as a teenager. she probably was the modern daughter every parent would have secretly wished for, even though they kept saying that they loved their child just the way they were. the young woman had never actually found anything attractive in disobeying what she was told to do by her parents. and now that she knew of her past life, she could definitely see links between it and what she was going through right now. she now thought of it as a way to make up for her past mistakes, somehow to regain the trust that she had lost by doing what she had done. yet, she knew that there was no way she could. she was banned. and to her, no matter how many people might tell her that there was a way she might have had the chance to possibly go back, it was forever. or well, until she died. anyway, there wasn’t much anything that made her want to go back to heaven. of course, sometimes, she found herself being disgusted by the way humans acted, how selfish and vicious they were. she sometimes even found herself being ashamed of now being one of them. but then, flashbacks made her remember what it had been like in heaven and she was somewhat grateful that she could be here, amongst humans and be free to do whatever she might have wanted to do, even though she knew that there always would be limits to stop her from doing certain things. was it not better that way anyway? people took advantage of so many things daily that she would not have been surprised at all if, the day a rule or limit was removed, the world would become completely chaotic. however, she refused to let herself even think for one single second about it. lillian liked to tell herself that there was more good in the world and in human beings than everybody thought. but the truth, the blunt one, was that there was no way the world could possibly be saved. it would be saved for a day only and then go back to destroying itself piece by piece everyday. she absolutely hated to admit it to herself or to anyone else, but deep down, she knew that it was the truth. she knew that there wasn’t any other possible way to see the world. it would be coming to an end soon enough and there really wasn’t anything anyone could do about it, except hope and pray for better days to eventually come. however, she thought thinking that way was just way too depressing and prefered to think that, if some people put a little effort into it, some good might actually have been done and the world could have been a better place for everyone. this was one of the main reasons why she kept hunting. after a while, she had realised that there was no use in trying to get revenge for her parents’ death. the only way that she could feel better, even though it hurt her to even think she would be capable of such a thing, was to move on and accept the fact that she could forget about it, let it all go. after all, it had been two years since she had last seen their ripped apart bodies and their blood covering them. these images always kept coming back to her, hunting her. it was about time she let them go by removing that memory from her mind. keeping it had only achieved one thing, and that was hurting her even more than humanly imaginable. lillian was on her own now and she needed to start acting like the young woman she was. she found her way to the small crowd that was now filling the bar, replacing her cardigan straight on her shoulders to make sure it would not fall off or anything. she kept trying, as much as i could, not to bump into anyone or make them drop anything. however, here and there, she did make some of them stumble slightly, thus causing her to be pushed back and stumbling into a man who was apparently trying just what she had guessed she would find in such a place, seducing a woman. the thing was that the man had been holding a glass of.. well, something.. and that half of it was now soaking lillian’s tank top. she quickly looked up at him with her large blue eyes. they were saying exactly what her brain was currently searching the words for and that would be appropriate to let out of her mouth. eventually, she found them and finally opened her mouth to speak. i’m so s-sorry.. she said in a small voice, stuttering as her natural nervousness around others kicked in. some found it charming, others simply found it annoying. she hoped she had not stumbled (literally) on one of the last kind lately. tonight really was not a night where she was ready to keep apologizing over and over again. in fact, her eyes were already searching for a way to escape this as she waited for the man’s answer to her apology. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - credit , to me tagged , for sir samyaza, aka oddric. music , errythang on mah comp, yo. outfit , clickers, bby.words , one one six seven. notes , gfrehughvtr. sorry it took so long.

As Samyaza was bumped into, and some of his drink got onto the poor girl and himself, he was hardly surprised. He had seen the girl moments before. The fallen angel turned demon didn't notice her just because she was stumbling about, there was more to her than just a clumsy girl. Not just more, but different. Like Samyaza couldn't help but be drawn to her. What was it about her? He felt relieved when an interaction between them became inevitable, the young woman colliding into Samyaza.
Was this love at first sight? Was that this feeling?
Hah hah! No, no. That was simply a joke. Samyaza considered himself quite the prankster.
As the young woman who stumbled into him began to apologize, Samyaza quickly turned his head to the lady he had just been flirting with. "Leave," he thought, and the lady mindlessly obeyed. His minor hypnotic abilities worked primarily on weaker minded humans.
Samyaza turned back to the nervous girl, alcohol over her top. "Please, don't worry about! " He quickly took her hand, but very gently, of course. " Come with me, it's much too crowded here." This wasn't one of his seductive ploys, he could see the poor girl's anxiousness. Samyaza intended on taking her where there was much less people. Stopping in one of the corners of the bar, Samyaza let go of the girl's hand and sat at a table, eying the small crowd of people a good distance away from himself and the girl. " Like I said, don't be sorry. But, you look far too nervous to be in a place like this. What are you doing here?" Samyaza was also kind enough to point out a lady's restroom a few yards from their position, in case she wanted to try and rinse the alcohol from his clothes.[/blockquote]

a thin eyebrow raised on the young woman’s face as the other woman who had been talking to the man she had just bumped into left, walking a little too aimlessly through the crowd to the girl’s taste. why would she leave so suddenly when she had seemed so interested in the man, moments before? a question lillian would most likely get an answer too and she did not mind all that much. she never had been one to really understand all those ways humans had to seduce one another. yes, even though she was nothing more than a simple human herself, she still felt like a complete stranger to this particular species, as if she did not belong here at all. and, in fact, she did not at all. she knew exactly where she belonged. it was up there, in heaven. she quickly took a glance up at the ceiling, as if she had the ability to see through it and look at the night sky. part of her would have wanted to remember more than she did about what her previous life had been like. that particular part of her broken soul also wanted to go back. however, for a reason she could not quite put the finger on, she also did not want to go back, even if she was not at all comfortable, being here, on earth. and that very part of her soul seemed stronger than the other one, thus causing her to push the idea of attempting a comeback away every single time it came up to her poor, confused mind. she would remember how it would be completely useless, through how much trouble she would have to go to even attempt doing it and how she would probably fail what she would do about it. after all, she did not remember at all how it had been. maybe the part of her which wanted to go back was completely wrong and being here was definitely the best place where she could have been, right at this moment. plus, it was no use to keep asking herself that question for she would most likely never really get an answer as to what she was meant to do. for now, she was just going to go with the flow of things as they came by. anyway, it was not like there was much more she could do as of now about anything, was it? she could not help but stare down at her feet as the man turned back to look at her, eyeing her. lillian felt ashamed of how clumsy she had been, thus ruining the jacket he was currently wearing. she did not care all that much about her own clothes. however, he was nice enough to tell her that it was not a problem. most of the people she had met so far in this bar, which meant only a few, would probably have had the opposite reaction if the girl had bumped into them, making them spill some of their precious alcohol. her eyes ran quickly over the red and gray stripes of her shirt as she lifted a small hand to attempt and wipe some of the alcohol off, which, of course, did not work. it had already been absorbed by the fabric. and as she tried of a possible way to remove the alcohol from her tank top as quickly as possible, she saw, from the corner of her eye, the man’s hand being slipped into hers, grabbing her small hand which seemed to float in his. even though she was shocked at this very gesture, she did not do anything to attempt removing her hand. after all, he was being nothing but nice to her. she did not have the right to simply slip her hand out of his and walk away, even if she could have. she slowly moved her eyes back up to his face, examining it slowly before once again looking away, before he could even have the chance to think that she might just have been staring at him. she did not want him to think she was some kind of creepy young woman who had bumped into him on purpose to actually get his attention. in fact, she did not even know some girls were as desperate as that to actually do something like that in such a bar. before she could say anything to attempt apologizing about her clumsiness once more, the man was pulling at her hand, making his way through the crowd of people already and wanting her to follow him. she looked around a second before realising she did not actually have a choice but to follow him, so she did. she walked, or rather stumbled, through the crowd, trying to not step on anyone’s toes for she was convinced most of them would not have been as nice as this man currently was to her if she did. however, deep inside her heart, she sincerely hoped there was not any kind of hidden motives behind his kindness. she hoped that he really only wanted to help her calm down by taking her away from all these people laughing, drinking, dancing. as they finally reached the table which she guessed he had been headed for all along, a long sigh escaped from her lips and she dropped down in one of the chairs, right in front of him. her eyes found his as her lips opened, trying to find the right words. thank you. she simply said, leaning forward slightly so she was sure she covered the noise people were making and that he could hear her. however, his question threw her off slightly, making her lean back in her chair and bite down on her bottom lip as she took a quick glance around the bar before setting her eyes back on him. as an answer, she thought a simple shrug would do the trick, but she could not hold back the words which came out of her mouth just then. i.. i don’t actually k-know.. she said in a slightly small voice and did not realise the tone she had used and that he might not have heard her because of it. but she did not bother talking again. it really was not useful. as he lifted his hand to point at the nearby restroom, a light smile spread across her lips, causing her to stand up from her chair. i’ll uh.. be right back. she said now in a louder voice and quickly made her way over to the restroom, glad that there wasn’t a line-up to go inside like there usually was everytime she tried using the women’s bathroom in any possible place. she walked in, going directly for the sinks and looked at the stain on her tank top. it already seemed to be smaller than it had been back there. she simply grabbed some paper, ran it under the water and tried to wipe at her shirt without making the stain bigger. anyway, she would have to wash it later on. she walked back out, heading straight for the table without thinking twice and sat back down, looking up at him. again.. i’m sorry. i uh.. my name’s lillian. a light smile once again spread across her lips. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - credit , to me tagged , for sir samyaza, aka oddric. music , errythang on mah comp, yo. outfit , clickers, bby.words , one two two five. notes , ughhh. there you go.
