"Two more drinks for my beautiful friend and I!"
Ages ago, Samyaza was a powerful angel in heaven. He and a small of other angels were sent to earth to be the humans protectful watchers. The Grigori, the group was called. At first everything was going well, the angels did their job. However, Samyaza and Azazel gave into temptation, flirting and romancing with human women. They led the way for the rest of the Grigori to do the same
"Oh, Jimm! You're too kind. But...I don't know if I should have another drink. I'm feeling a bit tipsy!"
Tossed into the pit by his brothers, Samyaza suffered thousands of years of torture. His grace become broken and corrupt, he was no longer an angel.
"Nonsense, my dear. Please have another drink with me! I enjoy your company ever so."
Free at last, Samyaza had big plans. But after so long in Hell, and so much chaos already stirring, he figured this was opportune time for a little relaxation in doing what he loved most.
"Well," Samyaza's companion paused, biting her lower lip. "All right, there's no harm in it!" she laughed, rubbing her hand along Samyaza's arm.
The bartender, who had been on the phone earlier, came by with a couple more beverages, placing them on the front counter. "Excellent." Samyaza gave his womanly friend a seductive grin, grabbing his glass of alcohol.

Drug rings weren't terribly uncommon, unfortunately, when it came to some of the larger cities. And naturally, those big cities were exactly what Renee had gotten herself into working for the FBI. But she was saving innocent people - even off the job as a hunter. It was just something that she seemed to do constantly. They for the most part had gotten a lucky break and a tip for the base of operations. She, along with a few other agents, had streamed in during the evening at various times. Though it had seemed to be a wasted effort, as as her vehicle pulled up, she got the call informing them that the suspects had left and lost the tails placed on them. Damn.
Even so, being told that they were done for the night, Renee had taken the liberty onto herself of staying in and having a drink before she headed home to her son. Glancing at the watch on her wrist, no doubt he would have been tucked away into bed already. She would hope, at least. The raven-haired woman tucked away her credentials deeper into the inside pocket of her blazer and readjusted the badge and gun at her waistband so that they would be better hidden. No need to arise unwanted suspicion, especially in a place like this. They were however required to carry their gun and badge everywhere, and that was something that more than often worked to her advantage as opposed to against it.
Brushing some dark hair out of her face, Renee hid the grimace from her face hearing some of the voices itch into her head. She could ignore them for now, despite how annoying they could be. And well, she was pretty good at poker for a reason. She probably looked slightly out of place with the light grey pantelis and black blouse underneath, but it was easy enough to brush off. Coming up to the bar, she ordered a simple beer. It was the simple things that mattered, right?

"Ooh~" Samyaza's lady friend gave a drunken hiccup, placing a hand over her face. "Jimm, listen, I--" She suddenly paused, looking around. Blurry vision and intoxicated, she could barely comprehend anything that was happening. "J-Jimm?"
Samyaza quickly grew bored of the drunks. It was a last resort, and today there were hardly any girls that fit his personal desires. However, one such female caught his attention. She seemed a little strict, maybe a cop of some sort, and there was no way she would give in so easily to Samyaza's womanizing ways.
The demon enjoyed a challenge, of course.
"Hello," Samyaza took a seat directly next to Renee, his back facing the counter. "You look a little tired, I thought you could use some company." He gave the lady a smile, letting his elbows rest behind him. "Now before you shoo me off, I just want to share a single drink with you. A beer, right? Make that two, Barkeep." Samyaza made eye contact with the bartender.
"Something about you interested me. Something I can't quite put my finger on. Hope you don't mind, I just really wanted to talk with you." Samyaza, as a stereotypical demon, indulged in a lie or two. This time however, he was telling the truth. There just something about this woman that attracted him. He wasn't sure what, though.

A drink probably wasn't what Renee really needed at the moment. She had other things that she could be doing, no doubt if nothing else reports to be filled out. They weren't something that was exactly preferable, however, and were something that she could hold off and do tomorrow during hours where she was actually getting paid for it. She knew one would of course be her limit, she probably wouldn't stay for long regardless and as usual, had to wake up early. Even if little sleep was a common item for her.
Pressing her lips together, she turned toward the voice, not surprised at seeing a man there. Renee knew that for her age, she was fairly attractive. She also knew rather well that some men would flirt with absolutely anyone. It was annoyingly predictable, if anything. Of course, being in a bar basically meant that you weren't going to be left alone, whether from other flirty patrons or a bartender pestering you to pay before you got wasted. None of the above were what she was looking for.
Out of pure, very well practiced (perhaps from an undercover mission or two) cordialness, Renee gave a simple, soft smile back at him. That much couldn't hurt. "Something interesting about me? Should I assume the typical male thing and say it's because I'm female?" She suggested with a brief raise of her eyebrows. She didn't lean back and cross her legs for once, not feeling entirely comfortable around the man. There was something off about him, something that she couldn't quite put her finger on.

Samyaza scoffed at Renee's response. Sure, perhaps one of the main reasons for approaching her was because she was a woman, but it wasn't the only reason. Maybe as a demon Samyaza everyone had an unconscious feeling of doubt and suspicion toward him?
"Hey," Samyaza gave Renee the classic "you can't be serious" look. "Maybe I should assume that you're the typical female and say that you have all the common presumptions about guys."
"Your drinks," the bartender said, placing two full beer bottles on the counter.
Smiling, Samyaza grabbed his bottle and looked back to Renee. "Or, maybe we can just be a little more civilized than that and be a couple of adults. How about it?"
He took a sip of alcohol, swirling the liquid around inside the bottle and awaited the young woman's response. It was a little harder than he thought to get Renee to be calm and relaxed with him. Women, always jumping to such negative conclusions.

At the look, Renee could only give an almost innocent shrug of her shoulders as if she had meant no harm by the comment. She was more than used to being around men constantly - the FBI just seemed to turn more and more into a boys club as opposed to anything else. “You don’t need to be typical to have the assumptions,” She commented simply with a soft smirk. She wasn’t typical, she was far from it and she knew it. She probably just looked like some soccer mom, completely average in every way. That happened to be quite far from the case, however. It always would be, more than likely. Average just wasn’t a word that could be used to describe her any time soon.
Renee took the drink from the bartender, giving a nod of thanks to him before tipping it back slightly, taking a sip of the beer. “Oh, I can most definitely be civil.” Hell - it was practically a part of the job descriptionto be able to at least play cordial for a little while around people. That was no issue. As if to prove her point, she sub-consciously shifted slightly, crossing her ankles. “But considering most men come with the very false hope of getting laid, it can be little difficult sometimes.” She stated calmly, putting some dramatic emphasis on the ‘little’. Well, she was being honest. That was all that people could ask for nowadays, after all.

Women were hard to read sometimes, even for a professional like Samyaza. Or, so he liked to think. They could be very straightforward, either they want you, or they don't. Maybe they'd play hard to get, or pretend to not notice you. But, once in a while, Samyaza would get a woman who's on the fence, and he'd have to work just a little bit harder to get her over to his side. It probably was not healthy to think of the female gender like that, but Samyaza was a strategist. This whole thing was almost like a game to him. He had yet to find a woman who was a little different, someone who made him look at this "game" in a new light.
Samyaza smiled gently, Renee's comment wasn't as hostile as her others have been. There was hope yet.
"Sorry to hear that," Samyaza said, taking a sip of his beer. "I'm not quite as false-hoped as other guys. Just enough so that I'm halfway decent." He laughed lightly, putting his bottle down.
"Enough about all this pointless stuff. I'm Jimm." He kept his smile, waiting for her own response. "So, what brings you to a bar? No offense, but you just don't seem like the...type." Perhaps that was part of why Samyaza was so interested in this woman. She just didn't fit in. He could feel that she was different. Just like himself, in a way.
